8 oz whole corn kernels
1 whole tomato, peeled and diced
1 whole cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 whole Garlic clove, minced
1 whole jalapeno pepper, minced
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp ground cumin
3 tbsp chopped cilantro

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
