Broiled Salmon

Ingredients

6 tbsp butter, melted
4 whole salmon steak, 3/4 inch thick
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 tbsp mixed chopped parsley, chives, and dill
1-1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 whole Lemon, cut into wedges

Preparation

Preheat the broiler.

Brush 2 tablespoons of the butter over the salmon steaks. Mix remaining butter with salt, pepper, herbs, and lemon juice.

Place salmon steaks on the broiler pan and put it on the highest level under the broiling element. Cook 5 minutes each side. For the last minutes of cooking, pour on the remaining butter mixture.

Serve with accumulated pan juices and surround with lemon wedges.
