Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

2 lbs asparagus
8 tbsp unsalted margarine, melted
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Cut off the ends of the asparagus and, using a potato peeler, peel off any fiber around the ends. Brush with margarine and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until tender.
