  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Brush 2 tablespoons of the butter over the salmon steaks. Mix remaining butter with salt, pepper, herbs, and lemon juice.
  • Place salmon steaks on the broiler pan and put it on the highest level under the broiling element. Cook 5 minutes each side. For the last minutes of cooking, pour on the remaining butter mixture.
  • Serve with accumulated pan juices and surround with lemon wedges.
